MISSION STATEMENT:
At SEA-BAR Stables & Equine Rescue, Inc, our Mission is to save, rehabilitate, and rehome as many horses as possible. We cater to OTTB's (Off Track Thoroughbreds), but we help any horse in need. We have been in existence since 2004, and we currently have 16 horses in our care.
